  1. Vocabulary Trainer

I often struggle to remember and use new words. I want a vocabulary trainer that's part of the game, so that it becomes easier for me to learn, recall, and confidently use a wider range of words in my conversations.

  2. "Texting" with your AI learning buddy

The same way Duolingo and others allow for "streak freezes" which are a form of lenience on the routine of practice, I think it would be cool if LL allowed you to (maybe 3 times a month) use a "joker" to text with your AI avatars (or texting a loop provides waaaay less points/coins or something). Not as a replacement for speaking, but moreso for: the times when you can't speak out loud for 8 minutes and it's easier to textlearning how to text in general (my wife pointed out she can speak really well in German but can't text cause of the accents, same in Spanish)

  3. School Location

I want a dedicated 'school level' in the game that focuses specifically on practicing various aspects of grammar, so that I can target my weak points, understand grammatical structures better, and become more proficient in using the language correctly.

  4. More realistic and natural conversations

I absolutely love this app but I realized that the conversations are sometimes very unnatural, strange, and unrealistic. The person i talk to doesn’t adapt to what I say. The reason I am learning Norwegian is because many people in my church are Norwegian so I want to be able to talk to them and understand them. When I was talking to the AI about spirituality, it was very weird because she kept talking about snowballs. I tried to change the conversation but every time i said something she would say something about snowballs. I told the AI to stop talking about snowballs and she kept yapping about snowballs, how does that have anything to do with faith or spirituality? I would really appreciate more realistic conversations and better ADAPTIVE learning. Thanks

  5. Daily/Weekly Quests

I appreciate having clear, specific objectives to guide my learning. I want quests in the game that set concrete goals, like achieving certain performance metrics or practicing specific scenarios, so that I can focus on tangible targets, making my language learning more structured, measurable, and rewarding.

  7. Pronunciation Feedback

I want the game to give me immediate feedback on my pronunciation, so that I can learn from my mistakes and feel more assured that I'm speaking correctly.

  9. Phone Call Mode

It would be interesting to practice shorter phone calls; order, make appointments, etc...

  10. Create Your Own Characters

I often want to tell the character who to be so that it’ll be directly applicable to my life. That would be so amazing. For example, I haven’t met a kid character yet and I wanted to practice telling the kids I teach chorus that I learned a bit of their language and to try teaching in the language. The Free Talk is nice because you can choose to talk about music for example, but the character won’t pretend to be 5 and in a music class for you. Anyway, I understand if that’s too hard to implement and I appreciate the space to make suggestions!

  11. evil mode (avatars being mean and swearing)

Sometimes I insult an avatar, yet they remain overly friendly and don't respond appropriately. That annoys me. To make avatars feel less robotic, add an optional 'evil mode'. Avatars could start mildly rude and react to insults in varied, believable ways. Suggested archetypes: Boundary β€” asks you to stop and threatens to leave. Aggressor β€” insults back. Stoic β€” replies calmly and wisely. Passive-aggressive β€” curt and polite; creates subtle tension. Sarcastic β€” uses ironic dismissal. Defensive β€” sets a firm boundary. Humorous β€” defuses with jokes or self-deprecation. Educator β€” explains why the comment is offensive. Empathic β€” reflects the user's emotion and redirects. Mirror β€” repeats the insult as a question to prompt reflection. Ignore β€” silent or delayed response as passive penalty. Escalator β€” matches hostility; high risk of conflict. Consequence-driven β€” warns and then takes action (mute/end). Playful β€” light provocation that invites banter. Meta β€” reminds the user this is a character and reframes the insult.

  12. Real News

I would like to suggest to include current events or major news within Sweden or around the world in the topics under nyheter mission. As of the moment, it seems to always talk about climate problem. A little bit of variety on the topics would be amazing.

  13. Speaking vs Listening Mode

I want the game to let me choose whether I practise speaking or listening comprehension. In listening mode, the avatar would speak 80% of the time. In speech mode, I would speak most of the time.

  14. Shopping centre/ mall

I think with the grocery store location being added a location for a shopping mall would be good where you can have conversations with staff members, stores for different things for e.g. a shoe store, perfume store or a store for suits or everyday clothes. There's so many different subtopics you could add in a mall location
